God brought you and your boyfriend together for a reason...your union was meant to be, so He will do everything in His Infinite Wisdom to assure that you remain together --- He will keep him under a shield of protection until he returns safely to your arms.

Simple, but heartwrenching, when you can't be with the one that you love it's just terrible, you never know what to feel or what to do and you just don't know when and if they are coming back to you or not.

Good poem Laura. you really should quit stressing yourself about all of this though. its not healthy. you know its now one of the safest times to be over there in years. There is about a 1 in 5000 cahnce of him getting killed. About the same odds of living in a major city here.
