As dawn breaks
the skies appear afire
like the way my heart burns
for you
The one who will love me
faults and flaws and all
who understands not mocks
my fears
and knows the best thing to do
is just hold me tight
and not let go
but you are nothing
more than a dream
As the clouds whip
across the landscape
and the thoughts
race across my mind scape
I see and feel the fiery
passion of nature
and my own desires meld together
and I send my dreams though the burning sky
and off to the universe
