One night the ball Room
Was lit solely by moonlight
People showed up to meet their doom
All with masks pure white
Two people stood at the door
their eyes affixed on the floor
As the drones marched forward
The door burst open straightforward
They entered the room all happy and proud
Though the hosts believed them to be to loud
The lights flicked on as a loud scream ensued
For trouble had already been brewed
The Door Had been slammed shut with a thud
On the inside were hand and claw marks with blood
They decided it was a joke just a trick for the night
Little did they know they would be undone overnight
They entered the ballroom alit with candles
The music began playing masking the scandals
Melodies filled the air as they danced their cares away
But of course the hosts wished for pure dismay
Another scream rang out as the chandelier hit the floor
They took flight straight to the door
Sadly twas locked as the ladies began to scream
the men decided it must be a dream
The ball room floor was covered in blood
The victims still lay screaming and choking
As two men Lifted the chandelier fell with a thud
Bones were crushed and blood continued to flood
The pawns ran to the windows and found them barred
They Broke the glass and were covered in the shard
It slowly broke the skin and cut deep their veins
Water Began to fall and into the room came the rains
They rushed up the stairs fleeing for life
And were met with the hosts all full of strife
They turned and ran from the horrid sight
and tried this time the door to the right
They Found this time many more
all of course chained to the floor
Screaming and clawing their flesh away
They turned and ran from the horrid display
Their Flight though fast was fully in vain
As the door burst open and there stood the monster once again
His red eyes and burnt skin crept closer to them
They Shrieked and began to run only once again they were undone
The walls shook as the ceiling grew closer
they ran to the door only to fall short and be pinned to the floor
they shrieked in pain as loud cracking ensued
Bones were crushed and skulls were split
As the monster laughed and searched the remains
and found one living a boy of 16 who laughed
He embraced the man and thanked him for the greatest thrill ever
as the monster slammed his claws into his stomach and the boy shrieked

Bloody good
It reminded me of a movie I saw a few years back, where a group of people are dancing at a ballroom on a ship, suddenly a wire cuts them in half and they drop to the floor bloody and very dead. Ghost Ship was the movies name. very well done. -
I really like this... I was at a wedding on Saturday & Sunday... it was sooooo boring... this reminded me of the fantasy I kept having...
