Ten bytes of love
are all we can see
ten bytes of love
are all we can give
ten bytes of love
are all we can live

It's all about the trust
the trust in each other
the faith that we have
we know that it's true
that what we have is real
that it's much more than ten bytes of love

Being far apart, it's all we can do
is hope we feel the same way
until the day we meet
when love can be shown
love can be appreciated
much more than ten bytes

those ten bytes
mean a lot to me
trusting that they do to you too
having faith that we can be together

Author notes

"Ten Bytes of Love" is my personal outlook on internet relationships. The name essentially means the fact that all you can say to each other online through chat is "I love you" (which is 10 bytes of text). Although these 10 bytes are important and lovely, proving that it's true can't be done through text either, which emphasizes that both parties have to have trust in each other until they can really show their love for each other. Although it does have a personal aspect to it, it's also a poem in general relating to online relationships.

Note that this doesn't count saying it over the phone, because that would be somewhere from 1200 kb to 24000 kb, so I didn't bother including that XD
