Symmetry



Reflected in the waters of a lake
A totem pole that nature has designed
The artist shows the way that we can take
Reality and bend it in the mind

The gods that rule this wild and special place
Saluted by the branches of the trees
The artistry has shown each hidden face
That pacify the world and give us ease

A perfect symmetry to lift the heart
A tribute to the beauty everywhere
An artist sees the place that he can start
Then gives us all an insight we can share

A mirror held to life so we can see
The very best in life is wild and free

    How true that is.The best in life is free.This is a poem that speaks of the Artist, another fine example of freedom, expressed in the stroke of a brush.As with poets, we express our freedom in words.All costs nothing but thought and a little wisdom ( sometimes!!! ), Ros

    I really love nature poems with a splash of
    spirituality, as they both go hand in hand in a sense.
    This was well written and the rhyme scheme is excellent! Thank you poet, and best of luck.
