Here I am again
In the place of aggravation
That place of exasperation
Sitting in my thoughtful spot
Recalling that this situation arises often
My eventful life is too uneventful for me
Nothing inspiring comes to mind
Not a hint from the music I listen to
Or the nature surrounding me
I am on the brink of insanity
Wracking my brains for even a simple image
Just one thing to muse about
But my mind is unmoved
So I will be sitting here
Till my unimaginative mind
Thinks of one simple thing to put on this paper
For I can’t stand lines unmarked
And vacant margins
Author notes
6. Paper promised me lines of wishful thinking
but this waste basket remains as blue lines and one red margin

I LOVED THIS!
it puts into mind just how i feel! ughhz. it gets so annoying sometimes. i think you're the only one to write about that quote. haha. i can't imagine you feeling writer's block right now,i mean this makes perfect sense and it has such skills. the lines that i most deffinately can relate to at this point the most is "Not a hint from the music I listen to Or the nature surrounding me." it seems like i try to get my muse from these things all the time. unfortunately,i just end up regurgitating something that already exists by some other fabulous artist out there. anyways. this contest is the result of writer's block,so i guess that's another reason why i love this piece so much,i mean who doesn't like feeling like someone relates to them. so good luck in the contest!
