Waching Him, I Pray.

I see the sleeping Angel,
Peaceful so he seems,
laying there on the hospital bed.

Falling from Heavan.
After such a deed,
Why is he forced to pay such a price?

Mabey this is a test,
for this Angelic boy?

To make sure He is ready,
for the great Burden,
And the Pleasure,
of living & having the rite to choose?

On edge,
He can Die,
or He can Live.

Stop this cruelty!
He is an Angel!

And I could not bear to lose Him....

Please let my little Brother be safe.
Let Him live.

Author notes

My brother is in the hospital.
All I know is that he has an enlarged spleen, & he Has this blood disease.

(the red blood sells are pre mature, & they can't carry oxigine properly because they're deformed.)

    Airk is doing much better now. he still may need his spleen removed, but other than that he's doing very well.

    Aw, sweet poem, little sad. I like the line " rite to choose" Like, a right as in a human right but also rite as in a ritual, of passge.

    Such strong words, they're screaming out to me! I do hope your brother will be well again, and that fast. It is horrible to see someone you care for in a bed, all helpless and weak!

    awww, i'm so sorry. i do hope he gets better. i cried. my little brother was in the hospital once and i hated it. anyway. i hope he gets better.
