I listen to the music and I imagine I hear,
your beautiful harmonies,with my lead so clear.
Thoughout the week I wonder what you'd think about that or this?
Any old thing, but it's really your company I miss!
So I'll call you long distance and we talk for hours on end;
your humor and advise lift me, my sister , my good friend!

My sister and I used to sing harmony together all the time. I can't listen to the radio without hearing her in the background!

I LOVE this! I absolutely plan to show it to my sister/best friend; she and I are unfortunately four hundred miles away but have never been closer. We also sing together all the time, and I'm usually singing the harmonies to her beautiful melody. Each of these lines felt so personal. This is so sweet! Reading it made me so happy =]

Nice piece of art. It is great that you and your sister have such a loving relationship. I can feel you on this because one of my sisters is out in New Mexico and I miss her. We talk at least once a week, though. Nice write. May God Bless You!
