I follow your curves with outlines
and shadows, colored with clashing
pigments so futile in their efforts
to spell out territory.
The few ferocious and
almost-rough edges beckon
to others a new--unclaimed--version
of what it means to be king
of the suburbs.
"Them Philly cats ain't got no dice
on us," our wall-mural states.
The spray paint coagulates on concrete
as if it had a right to be there:
"We have the colors of creation on our side."

Interesting write. I do not see where this describes love as an action, but the write is good all the same. Though it does not fit the contest idea, hats off to you on a wonderful use of language, and painting a strong mental image.

Well, I had interpreted
"Love as an action" as, to compare love to an action. This particular action being grafitti-ing.
