A vow of silence
To prove that quiet protest means more
Than any act of violence
I protest in screaming silence
Against hatred, abuse, and unnecessary violence
Words spat at me will not make me speak
Questions asked will not be answered
I will stand strong in this forever pulling current
I will not falter
People will know without my own utterance
That I stand against the wickedness of this world
And some of them will decide to stand too
And our silent voices will be heard
