New Year's Under The Oak

Happy New Year
my friend,

We made it
through another year,

I wonder what this year
has in store for us.

It can only get better,
right?
I hope this year
is better than last year.

We'll be making a trip
to Vermont this year,
That should be fun...
It's so pretty over there.

After all these months
of visting you,
I still don't know your name,
or anything about you...

I wonder if
I can find any
old records as to
who you might be...

I'm not sure if I can,
I almost doubt it...

But I know you're here,
and I'll keep coming back-

It's getting cold now,
so I think I'll go.

Happy New Year
my friend-

I love you....

And I'm sure that this spirit loves you, too!

    It can only get better,
    right?
    I hope this year
    is better than last year.

WOW! This year is over, already? HE! HE! Gee, it went by so quickly, Baby! And hoping that every year will be better than the one before is what we all hope and pray for with every year that comes to end - and with every new one that begins! I hope and pray that it is so - for all of us my dear friend!
Another fine addition to your OLD OAK JOURNAL.
    Peace & Love!
    Earl.
