It's Getting Cold Now...

The weather is
growing cold now,
my friend-

I fear my visits
may become
further between.

But, if you listen
in the wind-

you'll hear me
speaking to you.

I'll keep you
updated,

But, I probably
won't stop by here
as often.

It is just too cold,
to sit under the oak.

But don't worry,
I'll be back
in the Spring,
for more long chats,

I love you my friend...

    Winter

Cold as the winter may be, your love with your spirit friend is forever. A connection formed. It sure is nice to know that you have connected in such a healing way.

Eleven, and moving fast! Beautiful poem, I love it. It sounds like something you'd really say, sitting there.
