Eerie silence mid darkened rooms,
sheltered bushes, hidden rose blooms.
Ivy climbs as though reaching out,
Unrestrained, wandering about.
Brick walls were once hearth and home,
rooms of laughter where love would roam.
Now only silence replaces the noise ,
gone is the happiness and the joys.
Smiles end quickly when death arrives,
in walks sorrow and shatters our lives.
Memories dance as shadows sway,
mindset remembers happier days.
All things change, never stay the same,
life just happens, no one is to blame.
Hope and faith built families strong,
rose from ashes when things went wrong.
Someday love will return here and sing,
roses once more will bloom in the spring.
Sounds of silence will be no more,
soon newlyweds will open love's door.

I like the message in this, and how you've conveyed it. To me, I think this would be better without the rhyme, because it feels a little forced in places, but the pacing is very good for telling the story.
"All things change, never stay the same,
life just happens, no one is to blame."
I like these lines, they kind of sum up the whole poem, the message you're giving. Well penned.
