I sing out. I love them all

Call in the moments
the words between the words.

In the dark before
I leave an empty chair between her and I
not because I do not want to be near
but because it would mean too much
to be that close

Thirteen of us stand there
in the bright lights
looking out
making heaven
harmony that binds us in divinity

beauty that rips open hopes and dreams
reaching inside
to make a visceral mess
from the invisible
visions
that will putrefy so soon

I sing out
I love them all

This is pure unbridled beauty. I've been elusive of late, excuse the lack-- as always, you are among my must reads. I wont be logging in for a while past the next few days so I'm printing off a few poems to keep in . .whatever I do. "derelict painting" and couple others of yours will be with them. Thanks for another soulful read. I'm blank. Well, it was an honor to write with you.

    Outstanding

I liked the stanza about not being too close - I thought that was very human. This is an interesting poem that finds strength in friendship. This is well-written and compelling to read.

This is great! I thought it was cool how you used your images kind of slow and careful, leaving them simple so that they could breathe. That was they could have a little room for the reader to do some of their own kind of interpertation. Lestways, that's how I intereperted this poem.

I have one of those names haha. This was so hopeful and it put a smile on my face, I like when that happens [ though it does not happen often. ] I like how the title is repeated at the end, wraps it up nicely indeed. I also enjoy this

    "Call in the moments
    the words between the words."

It could have so many meanings, I love it. You're a star like I said, you shine like I've rarely seen.

      Thanks Katie

I sometimes wonder how it would be if I all these people I write about found Allpoetry.

      I am often hopeful!!

Thankyou just for reading too...the nice compliments are put to one side like the cherry on the cake!!

You are most certainly welcome. Odd really, you want the people you write of to find the page, and I hope with everything that I am that the people I write about it never wander here.

No. My comment was not meant to read like that!!!I was just replying to your first two sentences independently.

I am hopeful about life sometimes.

It would destroy so much if anyone read the stuff I post here.. and it would inhibit it so much.
