Ali

Gate of knowledge,
philosophical legend,
Bravery incomparable,
Lone warrior of Uhud,
his justice-
eye opener,
patience unimaginible,
Mohammed's standard bearer,
Social service,
one can only think of.
Assasinated
while prostrating.

Author notes

total words- 30.

i have described H.Ali in this poem, who was the brightest candle of his era when he was assasinated, while praying in the mosque. All his qualities i have tried to explain thru this poem though the word restriction made it difficult to me.

It reminds me of a quote' how dangerous it is to be good' good people are threat to society..so society expels them..right from Socrates, holy Mohamud, Mahatma Gandhi..Your poem is true sister..one that teaches.

yes society cant stand good people. but one correction- if u dont mind, prophet mohammed (pbuh) has died a natural death. he was not assasinated. u can include mohammed's grandsons here instead, coz both of them were killed mercilessly.

    Praiseworthy indeed!!!

The title of the poem led me to open it! And I am more than happy to know this is actually in the praise of Maula Ali!

I deeply appreciate your effort in penning down this beautiful and heartfelt verse in the praise of the Mushkil-Kusha.

May Allah-the Almighty bless you always,

    Keep shining,

P.S. I extend my gratitude on your kind comment on one of my poems.

    A real piece of art!!!

This is such a short and well described poem. So little yet so great. You know my Bajjo is here who has an art of such expression, she can write a whole universe in such small volume.

Marvelous, beautiful Art, I love it.
