Once Upon A Farm

There was a farm out past the town,
everything was miniature close to the ground.
Even the farm house was small in size,
for the owner was a little bitty guy.

He had hogs and horses and goats and ducks ,
he had geese and chickens and turtles and such.
That little bitty guy even had  little pens,
to keep all his little bitty  animals in.

One day he headed off to town,
and left all those little bitty animals so close to the ground .
Their came a storm and you wouldn't believe,
how all those ducks and geese kept them rain free .

Together they worked for being in such a place,
how the horse and the goats such love was displayed .
They talked amongst each other and while the boss was gone,
they had themselves a big shindig the best ever known.

The chickens danced the two step ,
and the goats sang a duet.
The pig showed off in the hog wall-er roll ,
and the horse pranced about oh what a show.
The bumblebees sang the bumble rumba,
an the grasshoppers danced with glee
then the old grouchy hoot owl replied what about me.

They all turned and looked about,
they didn't see who was there.
They all asked who is it and he would reply who I'm here!
The animals all looked about then all began to laugh ,
to hear a voice with nobody there ,just a voice cast .

The hoot owl finally flew to the ground and the mice scurried away .
The hoot-owl replied how can I help I want to play.
After a bit they all joined in with a song for the day ,
and it went like this so join in if you want to play.

Naaaanaaaaaa yihaw oink oink whoo whoo,
naaaaannaaaa baaaa baaaa cocka .cockadoodldoo.
Buuuuuuz buuz naaaaanaaaaa quack quack screech ,
And the little barn jumped with excitement indeed .

Then they heard their master a coming down the road
they all got back in their own pens you know
As the little feller drove up and saw the muddy mess
he ran over to the little critters he just knew they would be dead

Instead he saw the geese with their wings spread out to dry
and the ducks just a ruffling theirs to release the water that's right
He scratched his head and thought do you suppose
those ducks and geese saved them little critters I will never know
