Within my heart I feel their pain,
I cry for reasons so unexplained.
Reaching afar to hearts on hold,
I am here for you this you must know.
Listen to my whispers upon the air for love is there ,
leave the dark thoughts behind and honey become aware.
Life often has a way of bringing us down and afraid,
If you bind yourself in sorrow tears will come your way .
Reach out to me and feel my embrace,
you will see tears of joy upon my face.
A friend a confidant and the one who truly cares,
I'm here for you and your pains I will share .
Don't you listen to the hateful ones,
they are fighting demons of their own .
Often dragging the family along with them you know,
listen to the ones who are there to set you free
and honey today come on and laugh and walk with me .
We wont sit around in a dark old room,
we wont be listening to music of gloom and doom.
We will be getting out and acting crazy and free ,
for the world is our playground don't you see.
I want you to take out all the pictures of you that you can find,
lay them out by age and time .
Look at them closely and what do you see before you there ,
do you see the day gloom and doom took over and refused to share.
Oh yes the time you met your new friends,
the ones you so tried to change yourself so to fit in .
Who is that person now so very sad and locked away,
when before all of life and joy is shown in those pictures today .
Wake up honey and know I am here ,
there are many people who loves you far and near.
It's your choice do you want happiness and to be free,
then stop being someone you aren't and come have fun with me .
We have all been there oh yes we had our days,
times where we tried to be someone else along the way.
We wanted to be hip and cool and some of us lost,
through this change some paid the ultimate cost .
They didn't have to but no one told them with love,
if you just be yourself its more than enough.
Raise your arms and yell out I want to be me ,
and let yourself come back to reality .
A place where love is shown everyday,
a place where hugs are so freely displayed.
A place where tears are only from joy,
A place of such love for all girls and boys .

With a heart full of love and a need for love just as you need together we can reach for the stars . Look back and see somewhere youmade a decision to be someone else and the body has become lost for its not allowed to love and play anymore . Come on lets smile and close old miseries door

WoW I bet there are tons of people who need to read this. This really is an magnificent piece of poetry.
Your flow is excellent. Your message is wonderful and should be handed out to every young girl and boy on the first day back to school. But this isn't just for the young everyone could learn something very meaningful from this. I think I have enjoyed this more than anything else I have read so far today. What a beautiful and meaningful write you have penned here.
Thanks for writing this, it made me think and made me feel better about the person I've became. A very good eye opener.
