earth’s water in us
holds hidden messages
crystalized into purposeful consciousness,
physical reality changes it expression
as wants, thoughts and feeling
focus their intention -
healing words create complex knowing,
a symmetry that breaks down
in disparaging remarks
A wound heals by natural processes
- the contact of the parts involved
growing across its surface
the impact of thoughts
aligning with actions carries
a plan for peace
that start with each one of us
