Wrathful jealousy crawls,
to face envy's desires,
unleashed from stairways
of minds control.
But wait!
for the devil is disguised
with all manner of sweet charms,
secretly allowing
all to be released.
Who will be the victor
as the seven face their nemesis,
for conflict is such delightful chaos.
For now these two
writhe within
their own wretched prison
of fulfillments demands.
Sit back and view,
for ultimately
insanity will rule.
Victory is angelic.

OH you ave taken the prompt grabbed it and gave it a good shakedown. You set up the atmosphere from the title and introduction. Making a strong image develop in my mind. Dark and aggressive 'Who will be the victor' there is a fight of power all spoils to the winner. Nicely crafted. Good luck in this contest.

Love what you saw here, mirrored some of what I see...but I can't word it any where near as well as this. You've captured and air of a somewhat insane battle extremely well. The imagery is stunning. A pure joy to read, I really love this! Good luck but looks golden to me

This is a good piece but the repititive use of filler like "for" makes this piece a narrative in some manner
or sentence breaking somewhere

You took note of the background as well and the fact that insanity will over-rule all else in the long run yet it tastes of sweet angels is amazing!
