This faith
gets me through days
when life is so troubled
yet I know my strength is a gift
from Him
Hope for future
keeps me going onward
for I know He is showing me
the way
Love for others
family, friends strengthens
belief in fellow man's trust and
goodness
Kind care for those
who suffer very much
allows me that deep inner peace
always

as 2, 4, 6, 8, 2, in five lines. It was developed by the Imagist poet, Adelaide Crapsey.

When creating a Swirl, you will lose one of the ( 2 ) syllable lines in the middle of each Swirl ~

    well its good that you can find peace.. no matter what belief you have, as long as you have hope for a new day, thats good enough than wallowing in your past. strength is a key, but a weakness does not mean youre hopeless.. nice poem.

    Fist impression....>>>>>>........if your 2nd line was shorter, this would be sooooo aesthetically pleasing to the eye.......however, that line sticks out and draws me into it like a bad magnet ....hehe ~

    However......this is gorgeous in thought ~

    Your Theme is soft and spoken as though you owned this contest......each Swirl is laced with such devotion to your Faith.....I really enjoyed this.....a lot!

    this is well penned i dont understandd what a cinquain swirl is but aside from that it was well penned and i enjoyed reading this. keep up the good work and thanks for sharing

    this form is very appealing-and flows easily-I like the message of hope and faith theat you present but what stands out most to me is the last 'swirl'-kind care for those who suffer more than me-allows me that deep inner peace-forever. These words speak volumes of an empathy acquired from loving heart-words of wisdom-thank you
