God gave me a gift, a precious little girl
I only had her for a while, in this loving world
He lent me an angel, A special one to love
A little girl so precious,then he recalled her up above
Gave me a life time of love, in just a short time
Now i know deep inside one day i will be fine
I lost the most precious gift, My child whick broke my heart
But I guess she was on loan, right from the very start
God needed his head angel, Her place in this world gone
a new plan good had in mind, she could not stay here very long
So my precious little angel , you got the call to go home
back among the clouds, your soul will roam
Now when i think of you, the happiness we shared
It may have been a short while, but my angel I know you ll always be there......
