Winds of Change

Missing image
Gazing up at the stars tonight,
wishing on the moon so bright.
One day I will be truly happy,
and thank God for my holy light.

Until then i'll wait in limbo,
counting down my lonely days.
Praying for that single chance,
and feel sunshine warm my face.

I know there's a plan for me,
and every other person I see.
If I should die before I wake,
I pray for God to have mercy.

I just want a woman to love me,
and to grow old with together.
To share my happyness and sorrow,
she'll be my wind to my weather.

Sending me along on winds of change,
I could get lost with her for days.
Exploring the seasons one by one,
as in each others eyes we daze.

The reasons are quite clear to see,
and that's why I wish I could be.
The moon, and the sun to someone,
who could just love me; for me.

    oh you are a brilliant writer, i completely understand what you're going through, same here. sigh but whenever i try and find someone, i always pick a jerk that uses me then dumps me i hope you will have better luck than me.
