many times over...
You caught my eye,
and I yours,
but why?
What makes me so
worthy of the love
you give to me?
I am no beauty queen,
nor am I a super model,
I am just plain and
ordinary...
Yet out of all the girls,
you are with me,
holding me tight,
when times are hard.
When I sit and cry,
you are there for me,
telling me "it'll be ok"
I don't know what I ever did...
But yet it is me, that
you love, and it is me,
that you are there for.
I don't know what it is,
why you chose me,
but I thank you...
I love you too.

What a beautiful tribute to the one you love. He sounds wonderful, full of love and grace for you. It is so beautiful how you recognize how lucky you are to have a man like this. As this is my 26th wedding Anniversary this was the perfect time this read this piece as you say you are now beauty queen - BUT U beg to differ - for I know that you are more than that deep inside where it really counts, my dear friend! The beauty and the sunshine that radiates from you is more than enough to make any man happy! My lady and U spent our 26th at work and at the Urgent Care Center as her back has been bothering her all week - which delayed our plans of going out to an expensive and fancy restaurant for the evening - as she has shingles - and will have to rest, take pain killers, and take it easy for a couple of weeks - which is the things often go.
