Oh how she dreams

Lost forever in endless time, she lives for nothing
With no one left and times changing she hasnt a single thing
Hunger burns her like a scorching flame, devour
But animals and normal food tastes disgustingly sour.
She walks the streets to afraid to end her life
Oh but how she stares longingly at the sharpened knife.
Night has become her lonely friend and her enemy
It holds her captive from the day and will not set her free.
And then hunger becomes too much and she looks for her prey
She tries to fight but this time she cannot fight it away
And she dreams, like an angel he will stop her still
A man of love, purity and goodwill
And she'll try to turn and leave him there
But she cannot help but simply stare
"I know who you are i know why your here
You know i cannot let you simply disappear"
His words will drill fear into her vampire soul
She'll know hes a hunter and he'll achieve his goal
"I will not disappear you will set me free
I only ask that you will sit with me,
I will wait with you till the morning light
I will not run away i will not try to fight"
He'll take hold of her hand and hold onto her
Then wrap her in his arms and hold her closely
"Thankyou for making my last moments great"
And together they'll both sit, and they'll wait.
