Hope burns up in the pits of hell,
smoldering ashes bubble and swell.
Underlings battle for highest acclaim,
in a blaze of torture and satanic games.
Darkness clings to shackled wrists.
blood cascades in Medusa mists.
Screams pour from twisted lungs,
tears encase the serpents tongue.
Hysteria peels smiles away,
eyes tremble with falling decay.
Gurgling moans emit rancid bile,
souls captured, absorbed by guile
The living dead upon his throne,
made from flesh, fused with bone.
His piercing eyes alive with sin
that bleeds through carbon skin.
Stone heart embraces desire,
withering spirits take him higher.
So do not sell your soul for gain,
or you'll be next on the torture train.

Gee whiz!
Gee Whiz this is a very powerful poem this sure hits right in there deep withing the deepest soul region of ones being!
Very provocative on though and pondering and deliciously dark and yet bewitching and enchanting to read, and so well penned to poetic perfection as with stunning graphics, flow and rhyme, which is just sensational and a definate piece of poetic mastery and sculpting. Fine and outstanding work, no wonder you have so many awardsa and trophies, you are also so very inspiring too.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
The imagery you invoked from your cauldron of darkness
leaves a scar upon my mind. The penmanship exquisite...the morbidity devine...

-
Wow... While I'm not overly-fond of rhyming poetry, yours was done with a deadly decadence that really was something spectacular, and that picture was done a great justice today... 3st0p would be very proud. Well done, and good luck.

Ahhhh! the wonderful pain
the pounding pain that is giving me this sweet headache. The torture of it all, I have read another demented piece from the Dark One. She rocks the dark. Have a great day, Dementia.
