Gently cradled in the hands
Of her mommy and dad
The most peaceful expression
On a child to be had
Just a tiny babe
Around three weeks old
On keeping her safe
Her parents were sold
But from one thing
They could not protect
The most difficult sacrifice
Made by any of us yet
It hurts so much
We couldn’t hold on
In the blink of an eye
Our baby was gone
It happened that quick
Now we’re left guessing
Could it have been a curse
Or maybe a blessing
In my deepest heart
I think this is true
She’d completed the job
She was born to do
God called her home
For the hour was late
A real baby angel
In Heaven now waits
Looking at this picture
I’ll continue to cry
But I’ve almost quit
With asking God why
For my answer will
Just have to wait
Until I see God
At those golden gates
Understanding will come
To us all at last
Tears shed for Chloe
A thing of the past

Oh such a precious poem of love
Bless your heart honey and the love around the world for her is still strong for the moment you shared this precious angel with me she was mine to hold in life and now as an angel above God Bless
