I see a golden sunset
My eyes behold it's wonder
In the sunset of my life
I'd like to be this my thunder
I see the varied colors
The sun reflects upon the sea
Also against the evening sky
As it spreads it's rays so free
I feel the warmth that comes from this
It's rays are a part of me
I like to spread sunshine everywhere
Like the sun spreads sunshine in me
As the sun sets in the west
And the shadows seem to fade
I know I'll see the sun again
For by God's hand it was made

Nice poem. I mentioned this in one of my other comments, but I just love beingable to watch the sunset in the evening. Since I can't do it very often, it makes it even more special. Good luck in the contest!
I see agolden sunset
My eyes behold its beauty...
For By God's hand it was made.
