If you are naughty, you better get out
If you are good, I don't want to hear you pout
And if you love me, you can be safe in my house
And if you don't I'll just feed you to a mouse
Author notes
A note from the mommy:
She came up with this yesterday after playing on a calculator for a while. She simply LOVES to add and subtract and then checks to see if; "the calculator knows the answer". Really sweet.
Please note this poem was composed by a 4 year old and I did the typing.
Regards
Rebekah

Oh... sweet!
I always thought I was the only person on Earth who likes to talk to calculators. Well, maybe not the only one, but one of very few people.
And wow! Did you also draw the picture in the background? I love it!
Congrats on the silver trophy! Great job!
Keep on writing!
Annie

What a lovely poem, you are a very clever little girl and I expect we will see more from you.
Here is a shiny silver cup for you, I hope you will like it,
Well done and if you drew the calculator as well I would love to give you another cup, but unfortunately, I can't.
With love

A beautiful piece of poetry from the youngest rising star at AP!
I love the idea and I can "hear" her giggle as it was finished, brilliant

Laughing and that's good because it's the first time I laughed all day and it's almost midnight.
Thank you! I am very glad you wrote this poem that made me laugh. Another thing that makes me smile is that you are four years old and yet the place where your name goes says you are an adult.
I know you are really four years old, though.
