Driving n' thinking, thinking n' driving.
A whale Cliche' of a tale
the time my buddy n' I
sat with his dad's canoe
atop a whale
a summer in Somes Sound.
Driving n' thinking, thinking n' driving.
Three deer I yell
"Stay out of the road"
through the fog I need
some pepper.
Little fireflie
in a neon flash
against my windshield.
Driving n' thinking, thinking n'driving.
Saw an ol'buddy
fifteen years of prison
um...wonder how
that went.
Noticed a new hairdew
not one I'd sport
gottah ask someone
who knows prison life.
Driving n' thinking, thinking n' driving
Driving n' thinking, thinking n' driving
Driving n' thinking, thinking n' driving.
It's the adventure,
It's the simple things....
Author notes
It's adventure in simple things. That is my drive.
What will I see? What will I accomplish around that next corner" Or over that next obstical.
"Simveristic" To me means "A simply fantastic version of me being alive"
