Feeling my heart break in my chest.
Watching my whole world crash down.
Loving someone so much and feeling like they don't care.
You gave them your all but you still feel the pain.
Of that one lie they told.
Though it's in the past.
It hurts all the same.
I couldn't believe it.
I asked why?
But I still feel my heart breaking inside.
Tears bottled up waiting to be released.
But afraid for everyone to see how weak.
Hurting waiting for the time.
Where everything was the way it should be.
I love you and always will.
Even if it means my heart still aches inside.
