Anything But This

So I ask you one favor, one you'll be sure to make,
If I planned to play the victim and you won by default,
would you still want to leave or would you rather stay,
living this false?

I grieve who you were but not what you are,
because differences are common in and out of my life...
That beauty of strength I once loved about you,
now is the mere essence that you walk away with...

I will never learn to decipher,
why you have chosen to argue inrrelevant studies in silence,
when you could've pictured the perfect lie inside these walls...
It's probably because you don't understand what I'd do for you...

I'd give anything but this,
my blood, my soul, my life but you;
you're my everything...

And I'm sick and tired of handing you the prove,
that once everything is over,
I'll be another soul lost,
hopefully hoping you'll render my heart,
and cross it off your death-list...

All I keep wishing for is that you open your eyes and see what I see-
That viceversa side of me that everyone refuses to recognize...
I stop to improvise and realize,
I'd do anything but this;
