Dark, cold 'twas the night
'bout two-hundred year ago.
When m'lover 'twas caught
in the gales of stormy glow.
Off to his keep; chilling bones.
He expired leaving me all alone.
Carrying desires in m'lonely heart.
Angry sorrows whilst his soul departs.
Away I traveled somewhere to hide.
Without m'love I could not abide.
Time passed I birth his only babe.
O'er our son I would often rave.
M'spirit want his to know
of the wonder he gifted me.
That stormy raging night down
beside love's magnificent sea.
Sitting upon these wet rocks
I manifest while tides rise.
Still waiting with untold news
revealing m'wicked lies.
If he knew me damaged soul
then I could rest at ease.
I begged all angelic forces
upon m'unfleshly knees.
Thy son 'tis not m'ward!

I don't like the m's .. they're very distracting.

Great old worldly feel to this!
I love these lines " I begged all angelic forces
upon m'unfleshly knees"!
