I am a philanderer in my mind.
The one who gets the girls all worked up.
They all tell me I have a nice behind.
I am a phlanderer in my mind.
I swear I am the best you will find.
I have the big eyes of an eager pup.
I am a philander in my mind.
The one that gets you all worked up.

Haha, I like the behind bit, reminds me of something sir mix a lot or someone like that would say

Well, why not? It might as well be me or you as the next guy.
The triolet is very fitting for a poem that references a one-track mind focused on being and pursuing only one thing. It can be distracted only momentarily from its constant refrain.
