The Hunted

This takes planning
This takes time
These are the workings of
The human mind

Wait for the moment
Wait for the beat
Wait until the atmosphere
Is full of heat

Creep up behind it
Creep up nice and slow
Creep up so the prey we're catching
Doesn't even know

Shoot now for the killing
Shoot now, hastily
Don't keep missing target
We cannot let it flee

The prey is running for us, now
The prey is fit to bite
Oh, if I knew it was so fierce
I'd not have picked this fight

Run and try to loose it, now
I want to keep my life
But now we need a miracle
Before it turns the knife

The creature stands before us, now
And we've become the bait
I think I'll try to save myself
But no, it's much too late.

    intresting, this all flows very well together and ends with many possibilities. It apeared to me to be a fight between ones innter demons perhaps? mm who will win that one, only time will tell.
