Wars are planned
In rooms there are meeting
Reaching agreements about defence tactics
Men and women giving up their families
To honour of their countries
Back home lots of questions marks
Asking if God cares
Not knowing if they will be back alive
Wars have no guarantees
The enemy’s goal is to curse
Between themselves not knowing
Roads are unknown matters
Dozens of men fall on the way
Brothers are reading and crying
No more words
Back to business as usual
Not knowing what tomorrow will bring

    Ofcourse Balthazar War have no advantage, look at iraq, Afghanistan and so many other countries they did't got any thing from war but lose every thing!

    really heart touching lines, ofcourse war is a curse, and nowadays its really destroying the world, war bring hate and hate eats love.
    and also nice thinking from the poet that war bring uncertinity, really if a person is going for a war, he and his family is not sure that he will back alive but on the other hand he did't stop becouse the safety of his country is in danger

      Thank you so much, Hamid. We see it in Iraq where the war was based on lies. Today Iraq is one of the poorest countries in the world.Innocents pay in the end.
