your sweetness

She'll nullify you of your sweetness
petrify your senses
leave you at one in the morning, she's gotta go, gotta go now
She'll be awake in the morning
She won't tell a soul
black meets white and darkness that she won't let you know
but every touch every kiss
and your wondering again
like you entered a rainbow or toppling over bright paint cans as you prance in each hand
then you forget you forget all your prior demands

I'll never forget the day I met her
bright sunny sun day
in was late in the afternoon, and she had to go, she had to go
I saw thunder that afternoon
I sweared I would not see the sun again
My soul became souless and she won't answer the phone
but one night she called me (she explained that she doesn't answer unregistered numbers)
and now since then she dances with hoodies and her black hair will sway till the end of the day
and she grabs my hand and cheers to the love that we make

I wish I could dress in the best suits
I wish I could buy you the world
but till then
this blanket suits us and when we go under so does the world
and then
I wish this moment would never end
in a world where people make love to dollars bills
Financing financing financing
fine
Financing financing financing
then they die

This was an interesting poem. I really liked the last stanza in particular. It was very powerful and yet subtle all at the same time. Love the background too. It really does "petrify your senses" haha.
Thanks for the comment on my poem by the way
