I long to write the most beautiful love song. To have you
hear it deep within your soul; where I plan to live forever.
It never matters how many ways I write it,
the way you make me feel sounds so cliche; but the feeling
never grows old.
Just like tonight.
When your steady palms curved to my shaky hips
& pulled me close with that look in your eyes.
I surrender.
Give beneath touch of man & moments that take my breath away;
here I am. Reborn in the love of you. In the way
you make me feel all woman & half-starved for your entrance.
From somewhere in the distance I hear the most beautiful
love song, begging to be written. Grasp for words that
just won't come; you are lovely on the tip of my tongue.
I want to write the first love story that never ends.
Find it somewhere in the journey of us; but you have claimed
every story and every song. Lingered long as your lips
gave voice to my skin...
the shivers won't cease.
