Earthen sculpture upward bend,
reach skyward to Heaven's end.
Creation of Almighty's hands,
magnifigance of nature's lands.
The gentle wind and gentle rains,
have left behind wondrous remains.
Vista now seen atop the mound,
seen in awe mid thoughts profound.
Towering strength a symbol tall,
built by the greatest love of all.
From prairie flat to mountain high,
God's domain neath heavenly sky.

The picture and the poetry match so well. The images in the picture offer stark beauty, as does the poetry. Rhyme flows smooth in the aabb quatrain which works well. The distinct description rings true and leaves insight that would work without the picture.

God's Domain,
yes, some of my Indian ancestors even believed He walked here, within this place pictured. For it was considered a sacred place to some.
You have shared wonderously of your vocabulary to pay homage to it also. Best of Luck!
