To Steal A Kiss

Raindrops are falling all around
come dancing with me
as they fall
we'll be lost in our own childhood merriment

Joyful and full of glee
you and me
dancing out of pure delight
as the raindrops continue thier downward flight

Lean in and kiss me
i'll steal the kiss right back
and keep  it in my pocket

Come dancing with me
and we'll dance til the sun comes out.

    Oh I Loved This

This is so sweet and I love that you'll keep the kiss in your pocket. Oh love so sweet like those first love kisses in the rain.

    Come dancing with me
and we'll dance til the sun comes out.

Sound wonderful. Beautiful flow and imagery as well. Thank you for sharing with me and also commenting on one of the hardest poems I've ever written.
    Blessings

Dancing in the rain is my absolute favorite thing to do. I like this poem a lot.
