Winds sway the sparkling stars
Proud waves reach for the skies
Purity flows within whites
Laid next to red stripes
Painted by proud forefathers
With their blood shed for freedom
Gently liberty gathers
Within galaxy of blue
Radiant diamond for every state
Weaving a quilt of unity
Rendering warmth to the world
In the pursuit of harmony
Blessed be the diversified union
Bow to the flag with respect
It’s not the country it represents
But it’s all about you and me
Freedom is a gift so precious
The symbol is the American Flag
Don’t taint it with disrespect
But live its true meaning
With head held high
And heart beating with pride
Remember the symbolism
Flag is everything but a piece of cloth
It stands for -
“-All people are created equal
In pursuit of true happiness
Shall all enjoy freedom and liberty”
