Eternal Love

I long with my heart for someone to love
To breath a freshness with nectars sweet,
Whisper her thoughts to  a lover mate
And move in form, with my swaying soul.

I dream of a body so gentle fragile,
Soft as a dove, lighter than the air;
To slumber in her aura of love
As she enters the depths of my haunting soul.

Though I have my dreams and none will I share,
Her beauty, her charms enchanting me on;
But then, at each moment I mould, the perfection anew;
As she binds me to her, in an eternal embrace.

    Oh, wow. Definitely not the direction I went with in this contest. This poem is very genuine, very true. We long so hard sometimes for those we love...and can't help think of them all of the time. Well done. Lovely sentiment!

      I was shy to let my Guru ji see this poem.
      When I gave him my Book Mithya which contains this poem.And met him some time afterwards. I asked him a question. Swami ji which is the best poem.
      He said Eternal Love. I was taken aback. He said when we pray to God we actually keep seeking his embrace: I felt a lot of relief.
