That's fun.

O.K.
There's lots to do.
Maybe it's not so boring.
After all.

Not my best work. It's really a list poem. I hope I capture the essence of boredom, though. Heh . . . . I feel guilty entering such a [dumb] poem in a contest. Hope I'm not wasting your time, Ephiphany!

I came across this poem in a random search. I do not know if it is your best work, but it has a great turn. The about face from the way too commonplace and childish, "I'm bored" to the mature decision to enjoy all there is to enjoy made this simple "list" poem compelling and uplifting.

but I think you did a wonderful job expressing your Mood. Sometimes it's not that it's boring, its just our body and minds craves something differnt
