All Things Gray

Sorrow turns all things gray,
raindrops splatter effortlessly.
Falling without an end in sight ,
no mercy is there to be had.

Tears, drenched with regret,
flood from the gates of despair.
Heartache today immerses,
all happiness of our yesterdays.

No longer does the sun shine.
Where are the winds of change,
to stop the rain from falling
down upon me?

Teardrops that fall like rain, within our own saddness. The world turns grey! Makes tomorrow bleak...Wonderfully stated! ~Sie

Sandy this is one very powerful poem my friend. Different from most of yours. But so much heartache and despair that the readers just feels the words
