Drowning

There's a scream, then silence all around
Can it be the worlds lost all its sounds
We said Forever,yet really you ment Never.
Here I stand on a suspeneded Bridge
The plan is to end this dreaded teenage life.

At school I am alone and forgotten
the preps make it their goal to were me down,
teachers weren't much better. The hallways are
so lonely and cold.

Misery and pain is all I have ever felt.
You gave me a reason to smile, to laugh
I felt like running for a million miles.
Maybe, I should not have been so trusting
for now I stand here, heart no longer lusting

One minor jump, now water surrounds
Slowly, my mouth opens yet drowning i do quickly.
My last glance toward the bridge, a final plea for help,
I see you standing there, mouth ajar in shock.

Finally I'm free from this hell you call life.
At one time you could have saved me
but now I will be left peacefully.
