A beautiful trumpet song
by a gracious bird
Playing a slow pretty song
just bopping along
it just flows so smoothly
the beat keeps going
All I can say is
I'm speechless

When you had wrote "Swan Song" i though of the book "The Trumpeter Swan" (i think thats the title) and here it is!

"Just bopping along"...I love that line. My only suggestion would be to give this short poem a fitting title and that would eliminate the brackets. Peace, Liz
