Once upon a time, in a land that was flowing with love and beauty,
there was a downhearted Angel, she was this way because she was all alone, and searching for a beautiful boy Angel to come rescue her and fluff up her pillows and take up space in the bed, the one she had slept alone in for so long.
The lovely downhearted Angel talked to the sparrows about who she wanted and the deer and the squirrels all listened to her pleas. She would look up into a starlit night and sigh to the stars.
'Stars that shine so white and bright, find me a boy I can love tonight...'
and the little stars smiled and they knew she was lonely, a big house and a big empty bed...so they began sprinkling their stardust all over the place searching for that perfect boy Angel to be by her side, so she would smile and laugh like she used to do.
Their stardust settled on a remote mountaintop, covered in white and pure snow, there it dusted the head of a blond young man tending to his roses growing amongst the cold. The stars said to him.
'Dear angel are you not lonely up here on this mountain, tending roses?
The young man turned his beautiful face to the sky and shook his head.
'No little stars I have my beautiful roses and they grace the snow, if I were not here, who would look after them when the frosts came and the wind blew their petals so?'
The stars conferred between each other then turned to the honest young man and said.
'What if we said there was someone as lovely as your roses, waiting in the valley below. She is yearning for someone to show her the beauty in the world and we think you can.'
He followed the stars blazing light from his mountain to where the lovely downhearted angel was sitting in her garden, he frowned for it had no roses and many weeds. She looked shocked as he enter through her gate but he put a hand up and said
'Do not be afraid little one, I come because the stars asked me too'
Angel's face softened, she thought him handsome and she smiled back at him.
'I have nothing to offer you here, I am alone.'
He laughed and held out his hand.
'Ah then let me show you where beauty lives.'
He took her by the hand and drew her to him and kissed her lovingly on her cheek. She blushed furiously and he lifted her chin saying.
'The beauty is in your heart dear angel and if you will let me I will give you a rose everyday for the rest of your life if you will share your life with me.'
Her face lit the moon and the stars danced to see such love in her eyes. They ran back to the sky and sprinkled stardust into both the new lovers eyes, knowing it would be a story of happy ever after....

This was written for me,by Cannonsfire.. It kind of started out as a joke but it became a beautiful story and I've been feeling a little down lately so this really made me smile ...lol.. And she said I could do whatever I wanted with it.. so I'm posting it because it's mine and I want to share this beautiful story that she wrote for me.. So enjoy!!!!

with lots of imagery and happyness and some great descriptive paragraphs it keeps the reader interested all the way through but the ending was the most perfect to me
