His blood is the river
Surging through my veins
His touch ignites the fire
Burning bright orange flames
His hot breath on my neck
His strong hands on my skin
His passion grips my body
And spins me round again
His whispered words of lust
Thunder in my ear
Perhaps I should have fled
But my body wants Him near
The struggle tween the two
Create a powerful war
Lust and love a brutal fight
With passion keeping score
His thunder rages in my head
The rivers over flowing
Rain pours down between my legs
Whilst violent winds are blowing
I want to take all He gives
And even more than that
I want to give all he takes
I’m holding nothing back
Stinging rain and searing heat
Transforms the desert floor
And from the thorny cactus plant
A burst of blossoms pour

This is thirsty. It drinks the passion into its words and lets them drip with desire. Very well done.

"Lust and love a brutal fight
with passion keeping score."
That line is sheer brilliance, The metaphor in this is again brillant. I really dont even know what else to say you left me absolutely speechless, beautiful
This inspires me to read more of you, dare I say you might be a favorite of mine?

The meter is off the charts with this write, you simply carry the reader through this from start to finish. I think the point of your write is made with your own line:
"Lust and love a brutal fight
with passion keeping score."
Lots of people let passion that burns desire drive their lives.
Nice job! I enjoyed reading this.
Thanks for entering the 'Passions' contest, it was my pleasure to read your work. The best of luck to you.
