stripped away the separation in love in lust.
Tearing the ways of love and remorse,
just to replace them with pity and power.
What have we come to,
as a people,
as a unity,
congregations,
and communities,
we all fall apart for our own selfish needs.
And what of it?
What do we truly accomplish in this?
We spend our lives living and greed,
and shying away from weed.
Stripped away from my hope and my freedom
stripped away from whatever I believe in,
and you blame society's problems on weed?
The man who got a blow job,
the man who bowed to dick chaney,
were these good figures?
The very figures,
that tell you and I what we want,
and their hope and their power how they choose to flaunt.
I sit here,
a simple man,
with a simple plan,
take my hand,
for my simple demand.
Rise Up,
RISE UP.
My brother's and sisters,
my friends and my foes,
if you so believe what I do believe,
let's be not like society.
Let's put aside our grievances,
let's put aside our differences,
realize my people,
we all fight for a common cause.
What are we doing?
Each day we turn on each other,
one another,
like these idiots often time do.
We want our freedom,
to seek our freedom,
let's prove we deserve it.
Let's prove that we're worth it.
My stoner people and stoner friends,
a priech to a stone stoner heavens above.
I urge you,
rise my army fight your battles,
prove that these worthless people,
choose not to be content with theirselves,
therefore not being content with the truth.
The truth that they say offends them,
the truth that they say they want to know.
The reporters on the news,
how they feel the story of your son in a car cccident is the day's best joke,
and the day's biggest proffit.
Who are these people,
pretending to be friends,
when they show disguise of foes.
These people the elder have came to trust,
these people the youngn's are trying to be.
The government,
the media.
It shall gorow,
there's no way to stop it,
and we must accept this,
to conquer the beast.
Author notes
I must say, often times i indulge in the things you all know you indulge in.
My point is, we love to be secure because we like to think we know everything,
truth is we don't. Your fuckin government has you fuckin thinkin that what they say on your tv screens is the truth. And you choose to believe it, because you're still living semiwell. Preaching what I'm preaching about how you all hate our ways hf government. So just what are you willing to do for it? How much do you want to put forth to save this country that you say you believe in? What the hell do you want? Start questioning everyone and everything? Be content not knowing everything. And never trust anyone that tells you they know you. So I ask you my people, and xes we're together.
I remember a time when I was a child and I had that dream of unity, and how I saw everything as flawless. Wo remembers this? The childhood innocence we all had stolen away from us before we even could come to realize it. We still can do it, we can still fight for it. Keep believing, keep defying the odds, keep being the open minded. Anyone who can actually read right through this poem, and comprehend a few of the messages I was trying to deliver. I LOVE YOU, anyone that's willing to listen to an opinion of another, no matter what intellegence it's coming from. I know my true friends, and my greatest allies,
are the ones that choose to try to understand. The one's who don't close their mind to my thoughts. I hope you all enjoy!
