I'll get that cheese yet
even if it takes all night,
I'm a mouse on a mission
that's what I said..... alright?
These people think can they out smart me
by setting a mouse trap,
the cat cowers in the kitchen corner
I duct taped his big yap.
I know what a mouse trap is
think I haven't seen one of these before?
oh yeah, people think they are so darn smart
but I figured out the quickest cure.
I don't bother waiting
'til they go to bed at night,
I am all over this place
while they stand there, filled with fright.
It's not like I'm going to hurt them
I just want my piece of cheese,
I'm a mouse on a mission
I do this a few times, daily.

Yeah, I had a mouse like that once where I lived. I kinda feel sorry for him. Oh no, I'm hungry now! Must have been a big mouse to duct tape the cat though. Great poem. I laughed out loud!

It looks like that mouse plays for keeps. I think it'll take more than that little helmet to save him if that trap slams down on his head!
