When I Fell In Love With You

 

 

 

 

It was like diving into a pool
of crystal clear water
as the sensation of you
was all around me.

Drowning in kisses
and soft touches
I did not want
to be rescued.

For this was a death
of the old me
and life of someone
new and invigorated.

My eyes opened
to the prisms
of your soul
and I existed
within heaven.
